Overview

The London 3-Day Track Cycling Event brings top international riders to the Lee Valley VeloPark for three fast-moving days of elite competition. Spectators experience the full spectrum of track racing—explosive sprints, tactical endurance events, and team-based showdowns—set against the electric atmosphere of one of the world’s premier velodromes.

Each day delivers a mix of headline events such as the Keirin, Sprint, Madison, Omnium, and Scratch Race, offering something for both seasoned fans and newcomers. With tight racing, high speeds, and an immersive spectator experience, the event captures the energy and precision that define modern track cycling.

The Venue

Lee Valley VeloPark is a world-class indoor velodrome known for its sleek architecture, fast 250-metre track, and vibrant atmosphere. Built for the London 2012 Olympics, it now hosts major international cycling events and offers spectators an up-close view of high-speed racing in a modern, energy-filled setting.

Directions

By Train

There are multiple stations a short walk from the venue.

  • Stratford Station is served by the Underground (Jubilee and Central lines), Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and Abellio Greater Anglia rail services to and from Liverpool Street, Essex and East Anglia
  • Stratford International station is served by the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and national rail Southeastern High Speed services to and from St Pancras International
  • Hackney Wick and Leyton stations are also not far from the venue

By Bus

Several bus routes connect to Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with the key routes being: 388, 308, 339, 97 and N205 which all stop near Lee Valley VeloPark.

By Bike

There are cycle routes connecting Lee Valley VeloPark to local residential areas as well as the cycle routes through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The venue is close Sustrans NationalCycle Network Route 1 and Cycle Superhighway CS2. Bike racks are available.

By Taxi

If you wish to depart from Stratford Station or Stratford International Station using a taxi then Westfield Stratford City have the Stratford City Cars Taxi Lounge located outside Waitrose on the lower ground Floor (near car park A).

By Car

There is no on-site parking available. Limited car parking is available near the venue so if you can’t travel by public transport, you’ll find us located just off the A12 at Stratford. The Lee Valley VeloPark is within London’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone. The best option parking is in the Westfield shopping centre which is a pay on exit multistorey car park.
