"L3D 2025 WAS A BLAST!"
London 3 Day 2025: Bigger, Faster, Better Than Ever
The London 3 Day 2025 roared into Lee Valley VeloPark and delivered three unforgettable nights of world-class track cycling, building on the runaway success of its inaugural 2024 edition. Packed grandstands, an electric atmosphere and tens of thousands more watching the live coverage confirmed London 3 Day's place as one of the standout fixtures on the international track cycling calendar.
The headline addition for 2025 was the arrival of the sprinters, bringing raw speed and explosive drama to sit alongside the endurance racing that lit up the debut event. It paid off spectacularly. Emma Finucane blazed to victory in the Women's Sprint ahead of Sophie Capewell and Miriam Vece, while Matt Richardson powered to the Men's Sprint title in front of Pete Mitchell and Harry Ledingham-Horn. The crowd inside the VeloPark loved every lap.
The endurance racing was every bit as compelling. Katie Archibald and Sophie Lewis took a superb Women's Endurance win over Mari Porton and Isabella Escalera, with Izzy Sharp and Grace Lister completing the podium. In the Men's Endurance, Yoeri Havik and Philip Heijnen claimed victory after a relentless, high-tempo battle, holding off Roger Kluge and Ben Wiggins, with Vincent Hoppezak and Yanne Dorenbos rounding out the top three.
From start to finish, the weekend showcased the very best of track cycling: elite riders, dramatic racing formats and immersive live production, all wrapped in the unique blend of sport and entertainment that defines London 3 Day. The seamless coordination and roaring crowd once again set a new benchmark for the event.
With that momentum behind it, plans for the 2026 edition are already well underway. London 3 Day returns to Lee Valley VeloPark from 13–15 November 2026, and after a 2025 event this good, demand is expected to be higher than ever. Fans are encouraged to book early and be part of what promises to be the biggest London 3 Day yet.
