Will has developed through the British Cycling pathway, racing as part of the British Cycling National School of Racing on both road and track. He has also guested as part of the Great Britain race team. 

His endurance and sprinting ability make him a valuable rider in team events such as the Madison and Team Pursuit, while he has also proven himself capable of winning solo in road stages.
