Riley found success as a junior in Canada winning several national championship titles on the track. He rode the Junior track worlds in 2018 and 2019, coming 4th in the Madison in 2019. He has spent the last 2 years among the world tour pros where he's got a string of wins and top 10 finishes, and a giro start to his credit.
