British track and road cyclist best known for his endurance events on the track. A product of British Cycling’s Academy, he has excelled in team pursuit, scratch, omnium, and madison races. Wood won world championship gold in the team pursuit in 2022, became European scratch race champion in 2023, and claimed Olympic silver in the team pursuit at Paris 2024.
